Construction Process
We come to your home and answer all of your questions in person. We will also walk you through the process from beginning to end. At Bode Pools we want you to feel comfortable and will go over all the details and ideas you have for your outdoor space.
1. Design
Within five business days of our initial consultation, we put your ideas with our expertise in design, and prepare a drawing of your property showing you the exact location and layout of your swimming pool area.
3. Steel Reinforcement
Steel reinforcing will be put on a box-style on the sides and bottom of your swimming pool, all connecting to the box beam band on the top, which will add life to your pool.
5. Gunite
We use a special mix of Gunite applied under high pressure to bind tightly around the steel. These results will give your pool ultimate strength.
7. Electrical & Decking
We use only certified, licensed electrician to wire the main electrical service to you equipment. (One year warranty on workmanship and structure)
We have a large selection of deck surfaces and colors to make the perfect finish to suit your dream swimming pool area. Some customers even prefer the salt-rock concrete finish! (One year warranty on workmanship)
9. Visit
After your swimming pool is filled with water, we will stop by and teach you about the operation and care of your pool and the installed equipment
2. Excavation
Before we excavate your pool, we stake out your new pool. The stakeout will be based on your design. As soon as you ok the layout, we will begin digging. One of our expert contractors will use the latest equipment to excavate your pool and get it ready for the rest of the construction.
4. Plumbing
The plumbing is designed to take advantage of the most efficient equipment on the market today and to keep your pool sparkling clean and purified. (One year warranty on workmanship and structure)
6. Tile and Coping​
Coping, installed around your swimming pool, is professionally set in place and leveled Tile is also carefully placed and leveled to the inside of your swimming pool, giving it a beautifully finished look. (One year warranty on workmanship)
8. Plaster
The last step in the construction of your swimming pool is the application of the plaster which is a hand-troweled, waterproof finish. Now it’s time to add the water. (Ten year warranty on quartz and pebbles, five year warranty on marble white)
10. Enjoy!
Now that your pool is done it is time for you, your family and friends to just enjoy! You can rest assured that if there is ever a problem Bode Pools is just a phone call away. We can and will be there even after your last payment has been made. We pride ourselves on standing behind the work we do.
